If you don't like your custom UI or you just want to change the way your Android phone looks, feels and behaves, you can easily do that and this is the beauty of Android, among other things. Certainly there's no shortage of third party launchers out there but the new FTL Launcher claims it's "the fastest launcher you'll ever run".
There are two versions of the app, a free (light) and a paid one. It is based on Gingerbread Launcher2 source code, tweaked for extreme speed and features four customizable quick launch apps in the lower dock as well as three, five, seven or nine home screens.
